Angolan First Lady Received In Audience By Jordanian Queen
Jordan, 03/11 - Angola`s First Lady, Ana Paula dos Santos, on Monday was received in audience by the Queen of Jordan, Raina Abdulhah II, ANGOP has learnt. During the audience, that took place in the sidelines of the fourth conference on women and sports, Ana Paula dos Santos explained to the queen about the situation of Angolan women and the work that has been developed for their psychological recovery after the war.
Ana Paula dos Santos said women have been an example at the level of the African continent and the world, mentioning the triumphs in the fields of sports and other areas.
Commenting on the Lwini Solidarity Fund, an institution that she chairs, the First Lady said it has as goal getting funds to assist victims of landmines, rural women, orphan children and disabled peoples, through professional training.
Ana Paula dos Santos expressed her thanks for the hospitality she had in that country and seized the occasion to invite the local queen to visit Angola.
On her turn, Queen Raina Abdulhah II said she has been following the situation in Angola in all domains, after the end of the armed conflict.

Ana Paula dos Santos is in Jordan since last Friday, attending the fourth international conference on women and sports, organised by the International Olympic Committee and sponsored by the King and Queen of Jordan.
