Land mine kills 13 people in Ethiopia (Ethiopia)
At least thirteen Somalis have lost their lives after a land mine targeted their vehicle as they were traveling in east Ethiopia.
The car was traveling from the Wardher district to Galladi town in the eastern region of Ethiopia when the blast occurred, the allAfrica news website reported.
The dead and the wounded were clan elders and members of the Wardher administration.
No group has claimed the responsibility of the land mine attack, but residents say anti-Ethiopian elements could be behind the incident as they have been increasing in the region in recent days.
