Lebanon: the clean-up continues (Lebanon, Israel)
It is now two years since fighting between Israeli forces and Hezbollah guerrillas in Lebanon left some 1,200 Lebanese and 160 Israeli civilians and soldiers dead. At the end of the month-long conflict some parts of Lebanon were left uninhabitable due to unexploded Israeli cluster munitions.
An international effort has been continuing ever since to rid Lebanon of this deadly menace. Among the organisations taking part is the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action. WRS's Pete Forster spoke to operations manager Erick Stoa.
